Finally Free

I had never really thought about how hard it would be for a slave to come out of slavery. They are used to having everything provided for them, but if they're free they have to make it on their own.

 

What Goes Around Comes Around

In English class we have been reading detective stories. My favorite story we read is called "Full Circle". This story was very suspenseful in revealing the murderer. In the beginning of the story you could guess that it was murder. I thought that Terry, the murderer, got a taste of his own medicine because of the way he died.
